Fiesta riders had fun and won some nice ribbons at the Noah's Ark Farm Horse Show in Lenoir City, August 20-21.

On a very rainy Sunday morning, Elliot Granju (age 6) won a third place and a fifth place in the Walk-Trot division riding small pony, Farnley Electra. This was Elliot's first show off a leadline. Way to go Elliot!

On Saturday, Margo Quinn (age 10) won several excellent ribbons riding Rachel Coffey's medium Connemara X pony, Un-Dun (barn name: Irish). Margo received a third place in her short-stirrup over-fences round and a sixth place in that division's under saddle class. In a very large limit rider division, Margo and Irish earned a fourth place in her over-fences round. This was Margo's first show away from Fiesta Farm and she did great!

Also on Saturday, Jane Granju (age 9) ride Farnley Electra and won some good ribbons. Jane and Electra won a second and a fourth in the short-stirrup over-fences rounds, and a third in the flat class. This meant that Jane and Electra were named Reserve Champion of the short-stirrup division. Jane also rode in the very large 2-foot equitation division, where she received ribbons in both over-fences rounds. In the limit rider division, Jane won a third place and a fifth place in the two over-fences rounds. This was Jane's first show riding Electra.

We had other riders at Noah's Ark , including Annie Batchellor, Lisa Bell, Martha Cook, Rachel Coffey, Madison Cobble, Sarah MacNaughton, and maybe someone else I'm forgetting. If riders or parents send me show results and/or pictures, I will post them here.
