All of us at Fiesta Farm are very proud of Martha Cook, who did the junior hunter division (3'6" fences) for the first time at the RMI "A" show April 15-17. Martha and her horse "Hawthorne" (known as "Guppy") won really excellent ribbons in this very competitive division.

Martha also won 4th in the ASPCA Maclay Medal equitation class, and won the Show Circuit Magazine equitation medal class.

Way to go Martha!!

Rachel Coffey and "Cedar Spring Pen Pal" had another strong show at the RMI "A" April 15-17.

Rachel placed 3rd in the Washington Pony Medal, 5th in the USEF Pony Medal, and ribboned in every class in the large pony division.

Rachel also showed Susan Kuliasha's small pony "Shazaam" in the Children's Pony division, winning some very nice ribbons.

Jane Granju and "Boy Wonder"

At only their second show together, 9 year old Jane and small pony "Boy Wonder" had a strong showing in Children's Pony, winning first and second in several classes and in the top five in all classes. Most of all, Jane says this show was about learning new skills. She's very proud of how much better she did keeping him straight down the lines and using her space in the ring.

At this weekend's "A" RMI show in Cleveland, TN, Rachel Coffey and her large pony "Cedar Spring Pen Pal" were champion in the Large Pony Hunter division by winning two over fences and the hack class as well as two third place ribbons over fences. This qualified Rachel for the hunter portion of the National Pony Finals in August!

Rachel and "Justin" were also first in the Washington Pony Medal as well as being third in the USEF Pony Medal, which gives Rachel 2/3 of the points needed for the equitation section on the Pony Finals!

Rachel Coffey also rode her four year old large pony, Never More to the championship in the Hopeful Hunter on Friday! Rachel and "Raisin" won both over fences classes and were fourth in the hack. This was Raisin's first show and he did great!
